I’ve never done this before, how do I get started?

Not all therapists are the same. Finding the right person for you is important. When you’r ready to get started, let us know what exactly you are looking for and what your goal might be so that we can assess whether or not we might be a good fit for one another. After determining we are a good fit the next steps are working out payment preferences and insurance, and filling out the paperwork. Once that is complete you can set up your first appointment. Ready to get started? Give us a call or reach out to us on our contact page.

What is your cancellation policy?

As therapy is unique from other medical services sessions are booked solely for you. We require at least 24 hours notice from the time of your appointment to reschedule or cancel your session. Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice are billed at the full session fee. Typically sessions can be rescheduled same day without a fee if there are openings.

What payment methods do you take?

We take most forms of payment including cash, credit card, HSA cards, Venmo, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Do you facilitate court appointed or reunification therapy?

Because of the extra and demanding work involved with court mandated therapy we do not provide that service at this time.

What if I don’t know what to talk about?

You are coming to therapy for a reason. We will help you meet those goals and ask you questions to get the ball rolling. One of the main goals of therapy is about gaining insight. What are you wanting to figure out about yourself?
