What to Expect

A little bit about me and the way I do therapy.

About Me

Tryptic of a wave, myself, and Pacifica Graduate Institute

My journey as a therapist has been lifelong, but my career in this field began in 2011 when I decided to go from "a good listener" to a Marriage & Family Therapist. I attended Pacifica Graduate Institute where I obtained a Masters in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Depth Psychology. As a student, my training took place in local non-profit programs where I provided mental health services to children and their families. The services I provided led me to my passion and where I am today, private practice as a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist.

Individual Therapy

Come in, sit down. Let the healing begin. I provide a comfortable, quiet, and safe space to talk about what's on your mind or heart. I have one goal for my clients at all times. To get from a place of where they are to a place where they want to be. You won't ever be alone as we explore your thoughts, feelings, past, present, and future.
